Think Before You Write On Resume

I think many people would think through about things before writing them on a resume–things like being able to prove things that you state. Sure some things are just a matter of wording them correctly, wordplay at times but other are elementary. For example: “Created and implemented comprehensive needs assessment mechanism to help forecast demand for services and staffing.” Instead of:”Demonstrated success in analyzing client needs.” Or things like putting nice-sounding but ’empty words’ in your resume like: aggressive, ambitous, competent, creative, detail-oriented.
